Automation Operations Manager
Mr. Piazza is responsible for all Engineering, Programing, Project Management and all automation installation at ESC. Frank has been with ESC since 2007 and has over 40 years of experience in the building automation industry. Prior to being elevated to his current position at ESC he was and still maintains the position of Account Representative at the Yale School of Medicine for ESC where he is responsible for controls installation in a critical laboratory environment. His experience includes all facets of the building automation industry from installation, service, engineering, project management and corporate management. Prior to joining ESC MR. Piazza held several management positions in the industry.
Automation Services Sales Manager
Mr. Tetreault is responsible for the Automation Service Sales team for ESC. Mr. Tetreault has more than 40 years of experience in the facility management systems industry. His experience includes; technical service, system installation, engineering/design, project management, sales management and corporate management. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Tetreault held management positions at Universal Building Controls, Automated Building Systems, New England Mechanical Services, Honeywell and Johnson Controls. Mr. Tetreault holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Providence College and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
Automation Sales Manager
Ms. Marotta has 13 years of experience in Building Automation and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, M.S. and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She has earned several certifications through Automated Logic, Johnson Controls, Distech, Siemens Talon, Vykon and Carrier product lines. Lauren’s duties at ESC include representing ESC’s control lines to solve customer problems, perform estimates and assist in the design process.
Automation Service Manager
Mr. Cancellieri has over 16 years of experience in the engineering field with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut. He is Niagara AX Certified and proficient in AutoCAD. His responsibilities at ESC as Automation Service Manager include but are not limited to coordinating automation service field operations, scheduling preventative maintenance, customer service requests and projects. Mr. Cancellieri’s notable projects include FAA Boston, Mass Mutual Enfield Data Center and Day Kimball Hospital.
Mr. Burr brings 26 years of experience in the HVAC / Mechanical and building automation fields. His duties at ESC include estimating, account management and new business development. Mr. Burr is certified in HVAC/R through the New England Technical Institute and holds an S-2 License.
Automation Sales Engineer
Mr. Kabrick brings over 26 years of experience with electrical controls including Building Automation Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, Building Engineering, as well as 4 years of experience in the drafting and design field to ESC. He has been with ESC for 4 years and his responsibilities at ESC include Building Automation sales estimating, collaborating with Engineers on BMS project design and with contractors on design build projects. Other duties at ESC include 2D drafting engineering designs of control systems and document preparation for submittals. He is an active member of ASHRAE and holds an A.S. Electrical Engineering degree from Hartford State Technical College, and State of CT - E1 Electrical Contractors license.
Automation Sales Engineer
Mr. Zawacki has over 11 year of experience in the Building Automation/Direct Digital Controls. He has earned his Associates Degree in Energy Management from Springfield Technical Community College. Prior to joining ESC. Mr. Zawacki was employed at by Automated Logic. Mr. Zawacki has experience with large datacenters, medium to large office buildings, multi building campus systems. His duties at ESC include representing ESC’s control lines to solve customer problems, perform estimates and assist in the design process. And is a proud member of A.S.H.R.A.E and team Y.E.A (Young Engineers of A.S.H.R.A.E).
Automation Systems Account Manager
Mr. Croston joins ESC with 10 Years of experience in Laboratory Controls, 18 years of experience in HVAC Controls and a Business Degree from Charter Oak State College. His specialties lie in developing large owner direct & energy projects for colleges, municipalities and school systems. Mr. Croston is trained in Andover, Delta Controls, Automated Logic, Niagara, Siemens Talon, Johnson FX, Distech and Honeywell. At ESC he works with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and to further develop their control systems to meet current technology, in addition to working with owners, mechanical contractors, mechanical engineers & energy engineers to develop new projects.
Mr. Leroux has over 32 years of experience in the heating ventilation and air conditioning direct digital controls industry. His experience includes design, estimating, sale, installation, service, database programming, lighting control and project management of direct digital control systems for large commercial, institutional, and industrial building automation projects. He develops and implements technologies, products, standards, procedures and processes for large and complex control systems. Mr. Leroux has completed several Schneider Electric Inet Courses, Andover Controls Training Courses, and StruxureWare Building Operation Engineering Courses. He holds a D-2 license. Mr. Leroux’s notable projects include, Eversource Main CT Campus, Eversource Main NH Campus, Worcester State University Campus, Day Kimball Hospital, New Milford Hospital, St Raphael Hospital New YNHH, Five Buildings at Landmark Square for SL Green, Perrigo VT Campus, FAA Boston in NH, Constitution Plaza in Hartford, Founder Plaza in East Hartford, 600 Steamboat in Greenwich, and Becton Dickerson Medical Surgical Systems.
Thomas brings over 34 years of experience working exclusively with the TAC/Andover Controls product lines. He has shared his talents with ESC for over 10 years as a Project Manager and holds a D-2 License and has successfully completed multiple Andover Controls classes. Thomas has worked on many notable projects including but not limited to, Aetna Hartford, University of New Haven Campus, Hartford Insurance and General Electric. At ESC Thomas manages Andover Controls projects, Estimate projects, manages sub-contractors. He also responds to field emergency service calls and 24/7 On-Call Services.
Mr. Dumas has 40 years of experience in the Automatic Temperature Controls field. His notable projects include Eversource Berlin ECM, Wadsworth Athenaeum Carrier Conversion, USPS CSI Conversion, NCPS Chiller and RTU Installation, Westport Schools RTU Installations. Mr. Dumas is proficient in ATC, Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV, Emergency Power Installations, Dimming System Installations and holds an E-1 License.
