    ESC  is currently looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to help us grow our Security Solutions business in the Connecticut region.  The Sales Executive will be based out of our West Hartford, CT office and focus on end user sales in addition to pre-construction activities and developing business with Electrical Contractors, General Contractors, and Consulting Engineers.

     

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Under general supervision, manages and grows assigned territory or group of security solutions accounts
    • Achieves booking and gross margin goals.
    • Develops and implements plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities for assigned customers or territory.
    • Works on team sales with other Salespeople as appropriate. 
    • Effectively performs needs assessments, develops sales proposals, estimates, specifications and presentations.
    • Strategic Account Planning and Management
    • Coordinate cross-selling to existing ESC customers from our divisional business units.
    • Coordinate and present technical symposium’s to customers and end-users
    • Support sales promotion campaigns for customers

    Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of meeting and succeeding sales goals for full security solutions / fire alarm and integration products strongly preferred.
    • Extensive experience with CCTV, IP Video, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm and Intrusion Systems 
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills to give presentations before a broad audience
    • Hunter sales mentality
    • Extensive training in security systems, fire alarm, electronics and system applications software preferred
    • Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.

    • Driven for success and passionate about sales.
    • Strong organization and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the sales process for multiple large-scale energy projects simultaneously.
