Our work begins with a facility assessment to identify opportunities for energy efficient solutions. This investigative work helps us benchmark the building, as we look at operating expenditures in the context of facility size, run hours, and number of occupants.
Following a site walk-though, our engineers outline areas for improvement with associated recommendations and costs. We submit the proposed project to the applicable utility provider(s), taking advantage of incentive programs offered by local utility providers working with ESC to support project implementation, including interest-free financing for up to one million dollars per municipality.
