West Hartford, Conn. (April 30, 2018) - Representatives from Environmental Systems Corp. (ESC) and Associated Electronic Systems (AES) announced this week that the two companies have entered into an agreement under which ESC has acquired the business of AES.
ESC of West Hartford CT, already a leading force providing security, fire alarm, building automation, mechanical systems and implementing energy conservation solutions, sees tremendous opportunity in the combination of the businesses. ESC’s market focus includes commercial, industrial, educational, governmental and utility customers primarily in the New England states with some national accounts.

Before the transaction, AES was privately held company based in East Hartford, CT.
