Giulio Cancellieri
Building Automation Service Manager
Mr. Cancellieri has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut and has over 20 years of experience in different aspects of the commercial construction industry. His experience working in the field, as an engineer, and in management give him unique perspective and insight for ongoing projects and in day to day business operations. He is proficient in AutoCAD, has experience in Continuum Plain English, EBO Script programming, and is Niagara certified. In his role as Automation Service Manager, he works closely with the account managers and his responsibilities at ESC include but are not limited to direct customer relations, overseeing automation service operations and workforce, fulfilling maintenance contracts, and project management. Mr. Cancellieri’s notable projects include FAA Boston, Mass Mutual Enfield Data Center, Day Kimball Hospital and the New Britain Museum of American Art.
