Carmen Coscia, Jr. joins ESC with 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry and a resume that includes 19 years as a Field Supervisor, providing support and guidance to service technicians. As Mechanical Services Project Manager, Carmen coordinates and oversees installations and repairs ensuring overall quality and efficiency. Carmen’s diverse commercial, industrial and residential experience gives him a level of comfort handling projects varying in size and complexity. In addition to an S-1 licensure, he holds numerous manufacturer certifications and has attended various industry trainings. Prior to joining ESC, Carmen was employed by EMCOR as a Technical Supervisor.
