Nathan Locklear, a Manager within ESC’s Mechanical Services division, has established a stellar reputation as a communicator and leader that comes from his 20 years working as an HVAC service technician. Nathan has performed preventative maintenance and service on commercial chillers and boilers in a wide array of building types and possesses considerable knowledge and proficiency with different control systems and server room equipment. He holds numerous certifications and licenses, including an HVAC S-1 License, and has worked with a variety of manufacturers such as Trane, Carrier, York , Smardt Liebert, Stultz, and many others. Before bringing his talents to ESC, Nathan worked with Titan Mechanical as a service technician.
