Sean Millea serves as a Mechanical Services Sales Consultant at Environmental Systems Co. (ESC), where he brings over 14 years of industry experience to his work in business development, HVAC contract sales, and small project management. With a background that bridges hands-on technical expertise and strategic account management, Sean helps clients identify solutions that improve system performance, efficiency, and long-term value.

Throughout his career, Sean has worked closely with a wide range of clients, earning a reputation for delivering tailored service agreements and responsive support for HVAC systems. Before joining ESC, Sean held roles at Edgerton, Inc. and EMCOR Services New England Mechanical (NEMSI), where he developed and maintained key client relationships, secured service contracts, and performed hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.

Sean is a graduate of Emmett O'Brien Regional Vocational Technical School and Porter and Chester Institute. He began his career as an HVAC Service Technician before moving into sales and business development roles, combining his deep technical knowledge with a client-focused approach. He holds OSHA 10 certification, an S2 Heating, Piping & Cooling Unlimited Journeyperson License, and an EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
