Tom Miles joins ESC with a strong background as a Senior Business Account Executive working primarily in sales, negotiating contracts and building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. Prior to joining ESC, Tom worked as a Senior Commercial Security Consultant for ADT Commercial. The skills he’s developed over his career as a communicator and collaborator, as well as his comfort level serving as a lead point of contact for all customer account management, makes him a great fit for his role as Security Sales Representative.
At ESC, Tom will be responsible for identifying and developing new clients in the sales pipeline, collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow new opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor with key ESC accounts. Tom is no stranger to managing multiple accounts, and his unique ability to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our security solutions while maintaining high levels of customer retention and satisfaction makes him an excellent addition to our Sales team.
