Security Account Manager
Jay Gauthier serves as an Account Manager at Environmental Systems Co. (ESC). In this role, Jay focuses on building strong client relationships, providing tailored security and safety solutions to ESC’s clients, and driving new business opportunities. Reporting to Mike Jaworski, ESC’s Director of Security, Life Safety & AV, Jay is responsible for managing customer engagement by setting up appointments, tracking client records, and leading presentations to keep clients informed. He participates in sales meetings, local trade shows, and vendor training to ensure he stays current on industry technology and best practices. Jay’s previous experience as a Senior Security Consultant at ADT Commercial has equipped him with expertise in designing and documenting access control, camera, intrusion, and fire systems that meet building codes and client needs.
Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Keiser University and brings a diverse skill set to ESC that includes risk assessment, client relations, and contractor management. His commitment to excellence and focus on client satisfaction make him a key asset in ESC's mission to provide top-quality security and safety solutions.
