George Lyons serves as the Business Development Executive at Environmental Systems Co. (ESC), where he spearheads the company's growth initiatives by expanding its presence in the marketplace. In this role, George identifies potential clients and market opportunities and develops innovative strategies to drive business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

With over 15 years of industry experience, George is adept at strengthening ESC’s relationships with clients and partners, informing them about affordable and top-tier energy solutions. Before joining ESC, George held several senior positions in prominent companies. At AVI-SPL, he was the Northeast Sales Director, responsible for leading $370 million worth of sales in the region and leading a team of sales and account managers.

At Johnson Controls, George served as a Business Performance Leader, overseeing the eastern region's Fire Domain Construction sales. His experience in this role included working with local markets and area leaders to execute growth strategies for the Fire Domain, driving improved key performance indicators, and leading sales strategy and training initiatives. His role as Area Construction Sales Manager further honed his expertise in managing substantial business portfolios, sales strategy development, and Sales leadership.

George’s professional journey also includes leadership roles at TYCO Fire and Security and Grainger Industrial Supply. His academic credentials include a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Boston College.
