Michael Mullin

Mike Mullin serves as the President of Environmental Systems Co. (ESC) where he is responsible for providing strategic leadership to ensure effective business growth, financial strength, and efficient operations at ESC. In 2023, Mike became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG) when ESC joined Fidelity BSG.
With over thirty years of business operations management experience, Mike applies his vast background in Program and Project Management, Corporate Operations and Facilities Management, and Financial Operations Management to lead continuous improvement initiatives. Always with an eye towards the future, Mike helps set the long-term vision at ESC and leads initiatives to increase customer and team member satisfaction.
Mike is broadly experienced in implementing Lean Six Sigma improvement methodologies to his work at ESC and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Sensei and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
