Noelle Bozzuto brings 7 years of expertise to her position as Human Resources Manager. She has worked in HR departments for multiple organizations and has held a wide range of responsibilities. At ESC, Noelle will manage employee development, training and mentoring programs, recruiting, CHRO compliance, and the employee handbook. Noelle holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Joseph College, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from American International College.
