Michael Amedeo
President
Mike Amedeo serves as President of Environmental Systems Co. (ESC), where he is responsible for providing strategic leadership to ensure long-term business growth, operational excellence, and team development across all areas of the company. In this role, Mike guides ESC’s vision and priorities, aligning company-wide initiatives to support customer satisfaction, financial performance, and a strong, service-driven culture. In 2023, Mike became a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG) when ESC joined the Fidelity family.
Mike joined ESC in 2009 as the Energy Division Manager before being promoted to Vice President of Sales, where he led the company’s sales directors and supported market expansion efforts. In 2021, he was promoted to Executive Vice President, assuming oversight of sales and operations across multiple divisions, including Automation, Security, Fire/Life Safety, Energy Solutions, Audio Visual, and Mechanical Services. With more than 30 years of experience in building systems—including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation, and security—Mike brings deep technical knowledge and leadership expertise to his role.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kennedy Western University. He is an active member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE®) and has completed Certified Energy Manager training. His leadership is rooted in a commitment to service excellence, innovation, and empowering Team Members to deliver outstanding results.
